The interview - the frustrating part of the hiring process

Why don't I do well in interviews? I pass the entrance exams successfully and am invited to interviews, but that's where the downfall comes in. What's frustrating is that I can't seem to find the common denominator for the failures - is it related to the gender of the interviewer? Their age? I asked for feedback, but each time I received different feedback. I'm not an extreme in my behavior or character, so it's hard for me to understand what exactly the problem is. There is a big variation between interviews - sometimes the interviewers share information about themselves, sometimes they don't. I know that one of the points that weakens me is that I worry too much about whether the interviewer likes me during the interview itself. But is that the only problem? How can I know, and what's most frustrating is that it's often difficult to understand the real reason for the mismatch. Yes, sometimes it's simple - a lack of specific professional knowledge or a lack of the required skill, such as assertiveness in a sales manager position. But the real difficulty comes when it comes to something intangible - a kind of energy or feeling that passes between the interviewee and the interviewer, which has nothing to do with the content itself. In such cases, the interviewer may say something like: "All the data is great, but something just doesn't feel right..." - and this is perhaps the hardest insight to digest and correct.
